  • Decide where should the "stage" definition be (probably a guide?)
  • update links throughout (currently to run and stage refs)

Decide where should the "stage" definition be (probably a guide?)

2 places come to mind actually:

So since those are already planned, this issue is mainly about the 2nd task: updating the links once "stage" is properly documented.

I decided to update those existing issues instead so we can close this. Less duplicity.
