Cannot resovle IP when using docker-compose version 2 #14

When containers are started by docker-compose using the YAML version 2 format, the IP address will be empty for all containers.

The problem is located in dockerclient go package. See aacebedo/dnsdock#59 and samalba/dockerclient#234.
