Missing column headers on Pivot Export

Hello! Firstly, thanks for creating this extension.

In previous versions we were able to export pivot tables and the dimensional column headers were intact. In the current version, the measure (pivoted) column headers are present, however the dimensional column headers are missing.

I played with several configurations of the pivot table with column labels, no columns labels, etc. without success.
