App "Fairbuds" not visible in Split Tunneling list

It's not possible to find "Fairbuds" App (com.fairphone.android.fairbudsapp) (Version: 2.1) to add it to Split Tunneling List

Expected Results:

• What did you expect to happen?
  "Fairbuds" App should be visible to add it to Split Tunneling list

This app is not listed in the Split Tunneling list because it does not have the INTERNET permission:

Hello Juraj,
thanks for this info. That probably explains it.
However, I find it strange why the app has no permission for Internet or asks for it.
After all, the app offers the function to check for new firmware (for the earphones) on the Internet. How is this possible to find firmware without Internet-permission?
