I would be interested to know what steps you took to find these offsets.

I saw the discussion here which gives some hints that cheat engine can be used to find the offset of the zoom cap in memory while the game is running. It isn't clear how it was determined that -20.5 is the value to search for or how this translates to being able to find the offsets in the binary itself.
