Project boards (classic) are missing

This repository only has organization-wide (new) project boards available: https://github.com/jakartaee/data-api/projects
These need to be created on a Jakarta EE organization level by admins (like e.g. @ivargrimstad)

Other specs, mostly older ones have "classic" project boards, e.g. Servlet. This one doesn't and it may even be a problem of newer repositories being created from scratch, because e.g. Security does not have the classic boards either.

If that's the case, then all newer Jakarta specs have to live with it, and the only Kanban or Table-style project boards would be those defined on an organization level for Jakarta EE release trains.
