Bleach is deprecated/barely maintained #3099

Describe the bug/problem

calibre-web recently made use of bleach to sanitize HTML. Unfortunately, bleach is deprecated since 2023. It would thus be nice to not use it :/

The recommended replacement would be NH3 https://pypi.org/project/nh3/
