Description

Meteor demodulation succeeded, but only 2 images were pushed due to error /usr/bin/wkhtmltoimage: No such file or directory in raspberry-noaa-v2/scripts/image_processors/meteor_normalize_annotate.sh: line 59.
Enhanced images were not created / pushed.

Suggested fix
Add dependency on usrmerge package.

Suggested fix in initial comment is not working.

Problem might be specific to "hacked" non-raspberry installs. Created pr #936 as one fix. Alternative fix would be to use a configurable variable instead of a hard-coded path.
