Not working without credentials

As title, the plugin return a broken url if no credentials are issued during configuration, I had to write some dummy credentials to make it working, since I'm using the --noacl option on tvheadend server.

I would suggest adding a toggle button if no credentials are issued to replace the url used for connection without : and @
