Justification

I (@bsedat) am currently a developer on the Tinfoil Security product and am a current maintainer. My team's manager is @steverify. The other two maintainers no longer work at the company and are no longer active in the project. We'd like to be able to manage the Developers group permissions on our own.

Hi @bsedat , you should have a look at https://github.com/jenkins-infra/repository-permissions-updater/?tab=readme-ov-file#remove-uploaders-from-an-existing-plugin and send a PR in it

Does that affect the tinfoil-security-plugin Developers group as well? I'm not able to change the membership in that group.

I've allowed you to remove people, but to add new people if they aren't in the organisation you'll need to follow the instructions that @dduportal sent
