Verify that the stashed file parameter behaves reasonably with https://plugins.jenkins.io/artifact-manager-s3/. Files would initially be uploaded to the controller, but thereafter we should just have regular stashes. Can we use withFileParameter without involving the controller? Can we download from the build GUI?
