Combine jenkins-client and jenkins-client-docker into a single repository #160

The docker part is for integration testing and the jenkins-client api is used for that. So it makes sense to combine them into a single repository.

So we need to change the structure and make two modules:

  • jenkins-client
  • jenkins-it

and define a parent which contains the defaults for the project.
