🐛 Bug Report

while running jest on our CI server, we kept getting an error

Error: No valid exports main found for '/.../jest/node_modules/yargs'

as mentioned here

the problem was that our CI server is running on Node 13.2 but that version doesn't work correctly with the imports for the yargs library

as mentioned in that PR, the imports are supported in node 13.7

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

run jest using Node 13.2

Expected behavior

update the engines value in package.json so that the proper version of node is required

Link to repl or repo (highly encouraged)
