To Reproduce

specificReturnValues is not used.

Also should specificMockImpls be available from the mock in a similar way to how mockImpl is with mock.getMockImplementation ?

You're right, leftover from #8398 that can be removed I think. Regarding getMockImplementation, I think that's undocumented and should not be used (it doesn't even consider Once impls for its return value)
