After upgrading to latest version, code coverage from .html file (what is generated from istanbul) shows no percentages in the index.html, however the files show the line coverage correctly

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior: I have upgraded to latest version in several of my projects with the same issue found

Expected behavior

the coverage/lcov-report/index.html file should display the percentages as it did before I upgraded jest
