[feat] how to embebd in a own task

i mean:

create a button in toolbar
event goin to config, display as firts page at login, not just as a part of configuration
or then include in other plugin like the summary that i have already (i'll upload that weekend)

how to made or can you made it?

I am sorry that I am no longer maintaining a mail server now so I have no environment to develop this plugin.
