Some version mismatches between META.yml and installed files #49

During routine auditing of my cpan smoking jobs I discovered that the following modules get installed without a $VERSION:

Test::DBIx::Class::FixtureCommand::Populate
Test::DBIx::Class::FixtureCommand::PopulateMore
Test::DBIx::Class::Role::FixtureCommand
Test::DBIx::Class::SchemaManager
Test::DBIx::Class::SchemaManager::Trait::SQLite
Test::DBIx::Class::SchemaManager::Trait::Testmysqld
Test::DBIx::Class::SchemaManager::Trait::Testpostgresql
Test::DBIx::Class::Types

The distributed META.yml declares them all as version = 0.52 in the provides section.
