Bug? Global (system wide) Shortcut for "add new Task" doesn't work

when I use this shortcut, the cursor stays in the window I've currently been working and isn't focussed in the "new Task line".
The line appears, however I cannot enter anything, because the cursor stays where it was (in the other window)
Could this be a bug or maybe have I got this issue only with my specific system? (could be a conflict or whatever)
can please somebody test the function?

This sounds like a bug. I am not able to reproduce it though. Could you maybe open up an issue for it?
