Attaching to OpenProject

I'm not really sure if this is more a question for here or OpenProject, but I'm trying to link the two. I'm running both in a docker-compose but I keep getting a 504 when I put the OpenProject info into the "Issue Integration".

It mentions that there's probably a misconfiguration on Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) -- and there probably is, but I'm not sure what the ideal config is so I'm not sure how to diagnose the problem. Is there a more step by step guide then question #1930 (which is a great outline)?

I suspect it's something stupid like I'm not putting the formatting in correctly, but I'm having trouble finding a detailed walk-through or a video. If anyone can point me to an idiot's guide I'd very much appreciate it.
