Chrome (and related browsers) always takes focus when opening #71

Because of a bug, Chromium browsers (Google Chrome, Brave, etc) steal focus even when requested that they should open in the background.

There's a bug being tracked for Chromium here

Not actually a bug in finicky though, but maybe there is some way to work around this issue.
