Not sure if this should be in the InfiniteLoading repo or this one, but I'm having trouble using scrollOffset/scrollToIndex with InfiniteLoading.

I tweaked the Hacker News example to use either scroll method on page load, so you can see the issue: https://svelte.dev/repl/ab9f2aca373149809e513f1417dc289c
