Meta charset occurs too late in the HTML document

Hi, I've been doing some lighthouse optimization and I've noticed that whenever I use the AstroSEO component, it populates the very top of the element and pushes down other head tags. This leads to duplicate tags for example if the Title element is already specified in the head, AstroSEO just adds another title on top of the existing head tags.

The duplication may not be an issue, but I've noticed that the tag is pushed way down.

Is there a way to fix this through AstroSEO component?

Perhaps by using additionalMetaTags property? I'm not sure how to use it though. When I try to create an array and then insert charset="utf-8" inside, I get a type error.
