Is there a way to use the main branch with esbuild?

Is there a simple workaround to load the current javascript of the main branch (with the latest fixes to the javascript) using esbuild or do we need to wait for a new release on NPM? And if so, are there any plans for a new release? :-)

(I have tried installing the main branch from GitHub via yarn and importing "by hand", but esbuild can't figure out the internal imports.)
