Either the README.win32 needs to be updated or you guys don't want us to
play with Enso.

I looked it up and the only way to get this compiler is to find an old
enough book that would have a trial version in a CD.

It is fine to compile win32 Enso using free "Microsoft Windows SDK for Windows 
Server
2008":
