example ruby wmiirc out of date

Please upgrade the example ruby wmiirc from here:

  https://github.com/sunaku/wmiirc

Or remove it entirely.

I get e-mails occasionally about things not working and it's usually because 
people are using wmii 3.9.2 and its copy of my ruby wmiirc.

Both are ancient now, as you know. :)
