Cannot navigate through documentation site

By default Vivaldi blocks statcounter script. Even after manually disabling the block, my network just cannot load the statcounter script for whatever reason. But that should not interfere with viewing the documentation. When clicking on any links on the side, I see the URL in address bar changes, the progress bar on the top is progressing but never finishes, the page stays the same, it never changes unless I manually refresh the page. Basically cannot view any documentation by clicking on links, have to constantly hit Ctrl+R to refresh the page. No errors in devtools, just warnings.
