Hey, thanks for creating this - been pointed here by Azure aks team.
I've got two questions

How can I revert this change if I need to (Discovering it breaks something in our system for example)
What is actually moved in data-root - it doesn't include the layer caching right? (I hope so at least)

To revert to the aks default you can update data-root to point to the default (/var/lib/docker) and then kubectl apply.

Changing the data-root relocates everything that's usually under /var/lib/docker.
