tests fail on some node/level combinations #1

Tests work on

  • node 0.11 level 0.15
  • node 0.10 level 0.14

Tests don't work on

  • node 0.10 level 0.15

In the cases where it doesn't work the livestreams don't get any data.

Problem could to be in node_modules/level-live-stream/node_modules/pull-level/node_modules/pull-pushable/index.js line 8, waiting is 0 every time something is pushed, so it isn't forwarded.

@substack @dominictarr any suggestions?

Maybe the new createReadStream implementation caused this?
