Cells.csv column name information

I am interested in analyzing cellular measurement data, such as the size of the nucleus. I have the understanding that the column “ObjectNumber” in the Cells.csv files can be used to identify individual cells. I was wondering where I may retrieve documentation information for the column names of the Cells.csv files and other csv files.
