Allow to specify search term or regular expression for snapshot updates

Problem

Snapshot updates take a long time and can introduce regressions in presence of flaky scenarios

Proposed Solution

Allow to specify a subset of snapshots to consider for updating (adding an argument in actions/update-snapshots/action.yml).

Additional context

I envision that JupyterLab action would parse out the search term out of a comment.
