Support streaming HTML

It would be useful to support streaming parsing and rendering of HTML. We can do this with a technique shown here: https://github.com/jakearchibald/streaming-include where we stream the content into a separate HTML document using document.write(), then watch for nodes added to that document and clone them into the element's content.
