0.6.1 -> 0.6.2 is not a "patch" revision

Previously this plugin was updated to use peer dependencies so that users could control the version of typescript that was used. With the 0.6.2 revision this was broken along with forcibly updating users to 1.5-beta which is unacceptable as the beta is not stable at the moment. This change should be released as the typescript team did in npm, with the "-beta" tag.

+1, this just bit me as my build broke when I updated dependencies. The basePath/rootDir changes were the root cause of the failure. 0.6.2 should be scrapped, a new release with TS 1.5 beta should be released with the -beta tag as @park9140 suggests, and a 0.7.0 release should be made with the breaking basePath/rootDir changes.
