I downloaded video2x-4.8.1-win32-full.zip and tried to upscale an mjpeg2 .avi file exported from Avid Liquid Edition 7. Video2X terminated with errors. I easily could be missing a key step, but if anyone can view the log information and point out what the problem may be, I would appreciate it.
