Plugin not working with Hippo CMS 10

Hippo CMS 10 uses CK Editor 4.5.5.
I added the btgrid plugin using the following documentation.

The plugin does not show up in the toolbar , even after adding it in {extraPlugins:'btgrid'}'.
I tried enabling another plugin with same procedure and it works fine.

All the required dependencies are already bundled in the package.
