This drops support for:
Decided to require Ember >= 3.13 to be inline with Ember Changeset v3: https://github.com/poteto/ember-changeset#updates
Haven't upgraded Ember Changeset to v3 yet cause it breaks test and need to investigate separately. But it should be done before the next major release.
