WHY

こっちが知りたい。

Safari,Google Chrome(macOS)で音が再生できない。

WHAT

SafariにAudioContextが実装されていない(webkitAudioContextがある)のでフォールバック的なのを用意する
Google Chrome(macOS)で流れないのは謎みが深いので調査する
