How do I set CGO_CFLAGS? #202

I need this for go-sqlite3.

export CGO_CFLAGS="-DSQLITE_MAX_VARIABLE_NUMBER=10000"

Note that I updated go-sqlite3 version, and currently don't need this flag anymore...
