Trouble running SQUID

Hi, thank you for making your code available! I am trying to run it from the script you provided but in the 'generating 3D molecules conditioned on the target shape' section, it doesn't seem to generate anything. I have tried to create the create_test_mols_MOSES2.py but can't seem to figure out how if you would be able to help. I have run !python create_test_mols_MOSES2.py.
