Forum Bug: Premature Posting

Bug report

When posting on the forum today, twice in quick succession, the post unexpectedly submitted and published on the page, while I was still typing, when I had not clicked "Submit" and was still writing the post. (Both were replies, in the Mafia thread, rather than new threads).

Expected behaviour

I expect the forum to wait for me to click "Submit" before publishing a forum post.

Actual behaviour

The edit window disappeared and the partly-written post suddenly appeared on the forum.

Steps to reproduce

Um, type a forum post and see if it happens?

UPDATE:

On some occasions when attempting to reply to forum threads, the site is now doing this:

**_General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

No such file or directory [2002]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists._**
