prevent jumping icons in navbar between collapsed and open state #739

Description

Currently icons in the nabber are jumping between collapsed and opened state, as the header between the section is hidden when the navbar is collapsed.
This PR adds a small border at the place of the header with the same height, to prevent jumping and to give some visual orientation.

TODO

  • Needs testing on mobile
  • Needs testing with all skins
  • Needs testing for different user groups

Types of changes

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)

Checklist

  • I agree that this code is used in Kimai and will be published under the MIT license
