bug: parse issue for retest for keymanapp-test-bot

@mcdurdin Looks like we have a user test-bot issue here; the test bot isn't properly processing the command provided by my previous comment. Only the last suite-group set is set to "retest". (Without the space, none are marked for retesting.)

Contrast with how https://github.com/keymanapp/keyman/wiki/User-Testing-Workflows#retesting suggests the comment should be parsed.

So, to ensure all are properly marked for retesting...

Another fun variant:

@keymanapp-test-bot retest SUITE_ANDROID_MENU_FUNCTIONALITY TEST_KEYMAN_SETTINGS

In this case, there was a bug indicated by the test results for all GROUP entries in the suite, so I wanted to retest that one suite test across all of them. The test bot appeared to ignore my request.
