dnd5e 4.1.x: Spells in Spellbook from Case activities need to indicate originating item

In the default sheets, when a Spell on the Spellbook tab is from an item activity, the item is mentioned in the subtitle:

Right now, Tidy does not have any indication that the spell is from an item, except the special section it's in:

Update Tidy classic spellbooks to indicate when a spell is from an item. The initial thought is to put this in to an icon with a tooltip, perhaps even using the Magic Items wand icon.

Better still, all additional spells like this could be partitioned / grouped by their source.

At a bare minimum, this could be included at the top of the item summary / item card.
