Folders ending in .sctx attempts to compile folder

The extension breaks when a folder with a name ending in .sctx exists in the workspace. The KIELER Language Server Output prints Error during request: : org.eclipse.emf.ecore.resource.impl.ResourceSetImpl$1DiagnosticWrappedException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: <path of folder> (...).

Reproduction

Open a VSCode workspace with at least one valid scchart. Open said scchart and wait for that one to render, then create a Folder named kram.sctx. The KIELER Language Server Output should open automatically at folder creation and display a Stacktrace which implies that some java component tried to open said Folder as a file.
