Rename and unify VS Code launch configurations

More and more launch configurations to launch the VS Code extension(s) with socket or jar connection combined with different other extensions (klighd-vscode, PASTA) are added to the .vscode/launch.json file, all with different names, where not all clearly state the differences. These names should be unified to easily disambiguate what they do from their name alone.
