feature: kit chain --load-state ~/path/to/json

If I have custom contracts & state I want my chain to load

kit c takes a flag --load-state that starts anvil from this state instead of the default kinostate.json
Describe alternatives you've considered
You can also do this manually with anvil --load-state --dump-state kinostate.json and then run forge scripts on it
