Android 14 browser permanent notification

In Android 14 you can't open the keyboard with the permanent notification

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Android 14 device
2. Turn on the keyboard permanent notification
3. Open some page without input in focus, for example, a Wikipedia article
4. Click on the permanent notification
5. The keyboard blinks for a second

Expected behavior
The keyboard should appear as in previous Android versions, so you could press Tab key many times in accessibility mode to go to the needed link.

Smartphone:

• Device: Galaxy Samsung A8
• OS: Android 14
• App version: 1.40.7

I'm having a similar issue.

Except it's not bringing up the keyboard immediately, first time I clicked the notification 50 times and it finally came up, and worked fine in the app.. but pulling the notification bar to tap that many times just isn't worth it.

Maybe a float button that can appear over apps...
