Is there any strong reason to require strictly 3.0.0 version of pyjade? There is already 4.0.0 available, and for me it looks working. Also, there is a bug in pyjade related to support of elif statement (in html module it is defined as elsif, as a result neither elif nor elsif will work); I made a PR syrusakbary/pyjade#257 with a fix, and after they release a bugfix version we'll still stuck with 3.0...
