I tried the solution listed on Github Issues, but the last command returns:
kent@raspberrypi:~ $ sudo mv autopostreply movetopat /var/www/html/~
mv: target '/var/www/html/~' is not a directory

Has the issue resurfaced in Pat 0.13?

******* More information ******
I started over from scratch to negate the possibility that the "solution" scripts had issues.

  1. Starting point:
Fresh image using Raspberry Pi Imager v1.7.3 of "Raspberry Pi OS (32-bit) (Bullseye) released 2022-09-22

  2. After booting and updating the usual localization I ran the latest Build-a-Pi and installed enough to get Pat Winlink running and verified functional. Direwolf, AX25, PAT, PAT-MNU, CONKY.

  3. Then I added
    Hotspot
    HSTools
    EES

  4. I then used my iPhone to generate an email while watching
/var/www/html/emails. The email appeared as expected in that directory, and then vanished as expected.

  5. I checked the Outbox in Pat Winlink, and it was not there. I checked the movetopat script in /var/www/html, and it was supposed to move the email to the correct spot in
    $HOME/.local/share/pat/mailbox/$MYCALL/out
However when I searched the whole directory structure, I found the email in $HOME/.local/share/pat/mailbox/$MYCALL/sent.

The mail was never actually sent, and it never appeared in my Pat Winlink Out folder.
