didRangeBeacons wrongly detecting beacons

Hello, the didRangeBeacons is detecting my beacon even if the beacon is out of range or even when I remove the battery from the beacon (It says its about 1.0 meter distance). Is there some weird cache or something I'm missing ?

EDIT : Even when disabling bluetooth, the didRangeBeacons function is triggered multiple times, sometimes with empty beacon as parameter, and in my case the "ghost" detected beacon.
