There should a warning message when the user trying to enter the character in the quantity input field

CRM Version: V1.1.3

Steps To reproduce--

1. Log in as Admin/User.
2. Click on the quotes tab.
3. Click Create quote button.
4. Reach quote item section
5. Enter character in quantity input field

Actual result: there is no warning message when the user trying to enter the character in the quantity input field. Please find the below screenshot.

Expected result: There should a warning message when the user trying to enter the character in the quantity input field

This issue is not fixed. still, i am getting the same issue.
